Is there a dress code? Are there any colours I should avoid wearing?
Please note that the ceremony is taking place outdoors, so consider the weather when choosing your attire. The reception will be taking place indoors. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. Wear whatever colour you like other than colours typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, blush, etc.).
Are children welcome?
As much as we love all your children, we are having an adults-only celebration.
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options? When do I choose my selection for dinner?
Yes, and please make sure to provide any allergies or food sensitivities with your RSVP to make sure that your meal is perfect for you.
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please, other than the reserved seating for immediate family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus ones or partner).
What do I do if I’m late for the ceremony?
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:15pm, so we recommend guests arrive between 2:30 and 3:00pm so there is time to park, mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will be able to attend the reception, so hang tight and we will see you at cocktail hour! Thank you for understanding.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Onsite guest parking will be available and the venue has ramps to accommodate wheelchairs and any other accessibility issues as well as wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is complementary guest parking at the Trail Hub and overnight parking is permitted.
